Concierge (Self Pay)
Concierge care is designed and coordinated around your needs. It can accommodate individualized concerns and desire for control over what services are provided and how they are scheduled. It also respects individuals' desire for complete privacy.
Some services are not covered by insurance and are available on a private-pay basis. This includes evaluations and assessments requested for non-medical purposes, such as school, employment, legal, immigration, or other administrative requirements. We also offer concierge services for patients who prefer personalized care outside of insurance.
When Scheduling Your Appointment
Let us know that you prefer Concierge services.
We require a 50% deposit of estimated fees at the time of scheduling. The balance is due prior to your completion of services.
